  My wife's sister wanted a special watch in Korea that has a six month wait list. The dealer didn't even have a sample to show her. So I told her to forget about it. Instead, I came to Merry Richards which has a stellar reputation as a resourceful jeweler.
  
  Long story short, in about a week. Not only were they able to get me that specific watch, and showed me many others, they gave me a honest price which is a better deal than in Korea. Knowing my wife had to leave for Korea in the next day, they somehow managed to get a overnight delivery arriving before we needed to leave for the airport. Now, this is what you called amazing service!
