  I am completely dissatisfied with today's service from an employee at your establishment located at 17W500 22nd St in Oakbrook, IL. I walked into the establishment and was never greeted by the associate behind the counter. She was making bread which I understood and waited. Not one time did she look up to greet, let me know that she was going to be with me at some point.... nothing. I assumed that she did not know that I was there so I made my presence known and still was not greeted or helped. As I turn around to walk out of the store still did not hear anything from the associate. As an African American female, I have become to such treatment but it is still unacceptable none the less. Clearly the associate did not want to bother in doing the main function in her job description which is creating a customized sandwich and giving a guest experience in the process. Completely appalled and will not attempt to patron another Subway after how I was treated at this one.
