  Weird concept for an cell phone store -- I've been to Sprint & Verizon, and they are efficient. Went in to change a SIM & saw several employees with DirecTV shirts right inside the door. I assumed they were pushing TV service so I quickly walked past. Waited at the check-out/service counter to speak to an AT&T employee, no one was around. Do people actually pay their bills here? Why? Heard phones ringing constantly without anyone picking them up. (reviewers stated they could never get anyone to pick-up, because no one is there to answer) Looked around but couldn't tell the difference between employees & customers -- No AT&T shirts or name tags, just dressed casually. Most were siting down, playing on their phones or talking with one another. Went back to the entrance & just started requesting a new SIM to whoever would listen.
  2-Stars because I walked out with a SIM -- The whole point of the visit.
